Long before modern roads traced the Bình Định countryside, in a time when pilgrims ascended sacred hills guided by red-brick towers shimmering in the tropical sun. These were more than mere temples—they were the heart of Champa life, where communities gathered to pray, celebrate, and share the bounties of the earth.
Today, that ancient spirit lives on. It is not only carved into the weathered stone of the Banh It Towers but also woven into the vibrant flavors of the local cuisine. From the crunch of a handmade rice paper roll to the fragrance of garden-fresh herbs, the Champa legacy is alive in every bite of local flavors. Join us as we explore these majestic ruins before diving into a culinary heritage shaped by generations: sizzling pancakes, fermented grilled meats, and sweet artisanal creations. This is a journey where history is not only seen—it is tasted.

I really enjoyed how the tour introduced both the history of the Champa civilization and the culinary identity of Bình Định. The rice pancakes were delicious, and the grilled fermented pork and beef set was something completely new for me.
A perfect half-day tour in Quy Nhon. Great local food, beautiful Champa towers, and a very relaxing pace.
This was one of the most memorable experiences I had in Quy Nhon. Visiting Bánh Ít Champa Towers before enjoying the local dishes made the tour feel rich and meaningful. The food was fresh, flavorful, and different from what I had tried in other parts of Vietnam.
I loved the mix of culture and cuisine. The guide was friendly, and every stop felt authentic.
Delicious food, fascinating history, and excellent organization. Highly recommended for first-time visitors.
